Firepit test number one. Bring on the summer. It was a bit cold to stand around and enjoy the ale, but the fire itself was cracking! Found a great place by the canal to pick up firewood too.

Making Things from Stuff Since 1979

The Hickmondo Project

A Staffordshire-based creative type, Tim Hickman is a Designer & Illustrator who likes nothing more than making things from stuff.

This is his blog, The Hickmondo Project.

A multi-skilled designer, Tim's interests include graphic design & illustration for both print and multimedia use, logo & branding design, standards-based web design and photography.

Having studied sustainable methods of design and manufacture, Tim is keen to use and share his passions for environmentally-friendly ways of working wherever possible, and with those who think alike.

His personal work is often inspired by nature and sustainable issues, whether it be in the form of work sourced from photographs taken while hiking or camping, his ongoing experiments with open-source software, or designing and making products with reclaimed & recycled materials.

Having the ability to combine these skills allows Tim to craft consistent, clear and communicative identities for organisations, start-ups and established businesses.

Please don't hesitate to get in touch or leave comments on a post if you want to say hello or share ideas.
